Notes:

William Hanbury, (24 June 1780-22 July 1845), 1st Baron Bateman of Shobdon. In 1822 he married Elizabeth Chichester, the granddaughter of Arthur Chichester, 1st Marquess of Donegall.

The 1841 census reveals that Lady Bateman was some 20 years younger than her husband...and rather politer!
